EMS trainers design and carry out workout routines specific to the needs of their clients and optimizing the benefits of the EMS system. They start by evaluating their clients’ current fitness level, personal goals, and skills. Then, they develop personalized training programs for their clients to follow, and monitor the clients’ progress.
At FitTech Boutique we are looking for customer-centred individuals, with a keen interest to help their customers getting fit and a strong enthusiasm for EMS Training as one of the most efficient solutions to achieve this. Successful candidates also have an interest in understanding the theory behind the effectiveness of EMS Training and are able to answer the clients’ questions about it.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Energize and motivate members throughout the sessions
- Ensure safety of participants
- Provide options and challenges for each exercise to accommodate various skill levels and client preferences
- Build fitness attendance and retain current members
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Provide exceptional member service
- Perform trial sessions and sell membership packages
- Take care of bookings of members and follow up on members
- Attend weekly/monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations

Job Qualifications:
- Have a strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Desire to help people getting fit
- Enthusiasm for EMS Training
- Pleasant personality
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer attention skills
- Fitness certification from a reputable institution or university degree in a sports-related field is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Current first aid certification
